COVID-19 Vaccine Information
The CDC and FDA issued a statement recommending a pause in the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine out of an abundance of caution. Price Chopper/Market32 will follow the CDC and FDA recommendation and pause the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine immediately in this state while these health and safety agencies evaluate next steps. If you have received the J&J vaccine and have developed a severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain, or shortness of breath within three weeks after vaccination please contact your health care provider immediately.
Price Chopper/Market 32 Pharmacies carry the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. Availability varies by location and is not guaranteed.
Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is a two-dose series and the second dose is administered 28-42 days after the first dose. The Janssen/Johnson and & Johnson vaccine is one dose.
Pharmacy team will schedule your second vaccine at the same pharmacy location, when you receive your first dose if applicable.

Our pharmacies may carry the Moderna and/or the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Our supply is based on what we are allocated by the government. As a result, at this time, we cannot guarantee which vaccine will be administered at the time of your appointment, provided that if you have received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, you will receive the second dose of that vaccine.

You will need to register and create an account in New Hampshire’s Vaccine & Immunization Network Interface (VINI) before you can schedule your appointment(s). Once registered you will receive an email to activate your account and schedule your appointment(s). You can also call 2-1-1 for help with registering and scheduling.
New Hampshire allows our pharmacy teammates to be vaccinated as part of Phase 1a.
Phase 2b has started with 2 or more underlying medical conditions or those 50 and older.

Vermont allows vaccinations to health care providers including our pharmacy and also those 50 and older. Ages 16+ with certain high-risk health conditions. K-12 teachers and staff, child care and public safety. Vermont is prioritizing in phase 2 based on age, not occupation. VT pharmacies will receive vaccine soon.
