Please Note: To access all of the website's features it is recommended that you sign in with your AdvantEdge card. To do this, click the "Sign In/Sign Up" link on the top left of the page.

If you have an existing account on the site, simply enter your sign on information. If you do not, you can sign up quickly using our short form by clicking "Sign Up"

How do I shop by department?

Once you have selected your store (from the store locator) you can choose to view the weekly flyer by clicking the icon at the top of the page. You will then be redirected to your store's flyer.

You can view sales by department by clicking on the "View by Department" button at the top right of the image of the flyer.

How do I scroll through the online flyer?

At the bottom of the flyer there is a scroll bar. You can use this to scroll through the flyer as well as the two red arrows at the bottom of the page. If you click the red "plus" sign (+) at the top right corner of the flyer, it will expand the image of the flyer to a readable size. In addition, all sale items for the current flyer page are listed underneath the image of the flyer.

 

 

 

 

How do I change my Email address?

Once you are signed in, you will be brought to your dashboard. From here you can make all necessary changes to your personal information. To access your dashboard at any time, simply click the "My AdvantEdge" button on the top left of the page.

Once you are at the dashboard, there is a list on the left hand side with different options. Click on the Email/Password button and your current Email address will be displayed. Click the "edit" button to the right of it and you can enter a new Email address in the field provided. For security purposes, you will also be prompted to select a new password when you change your Email address.

How do I change my password?

Access the dashboard as described in the steps above. Once you click the "Email/Password" link you will be able to enter a new password in the fields provided.

What if I forgot my password and can't sign in?

Click the "Sign In" button like you normally would. Above where you would normally enter your password, click on the "Retrieve Password" button.

You will be prompted to enter your email address. Price Chopper will then send an email to the address provided with instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I change "My Store"?

To change the store that your account is associated with, access your dashboard (for instructions on how to do this, see "How do I change my Email address?"). Once you have accessed your dashboard, click the link that says "change" under "My Store". From there you will be redirected to the store locator to choose a location.

 

How do I sign up for an AdvantEdge Card?

If you have never had an AdvantEdge card, please visit the service desk at your local Price Chopper. Your AdvantEdge card is free, and it allows you to receive the best prices on our items as well as participate in our Fuel program and other frequent shopper incentives. The application is quick and easy and you will receive your card and key tag on the spot!

 

 

 

 

How do I order a replacement AdvantEdge Card?

If you need a replacement card, you can order one by first accessing your dashboard (for instructions on how to do this, see "How do I change my Email address?"). Once you have accessed your dashboard, click on the "Replacement Card" button on the left.

From here you will be instructed to fill out a form for a replacement AdvantEdge card. Please allow 7-10 business days for your cards to be delivered. If you are having trouble signing in to the website and you would like to order replacement cards, please contact our Card Services team at 1-800-666-7667, option 1, Monday-Friday 8:30am-7pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm.

How do I access the online coupons?

You can access a variety of coupons by clicking on “Coupons” under the Savings tab on our main page, or by clicking on the Coupons icon at the top of every page of the web site:

From there you can choose to load e-Coupons digitally to your AdvantEdge card*, view our e-Coupon Help Guide, view your saved e-Coupons in the My e-Coupons section, print our weekly Price Chopper store coupons, print manufacturer coupons from SmartSource, sign up for savings with SavingStar, and view our coupon policy. All of these options are shown on the left side of the coupon page.
