Here are some fun and easy recipes to help you reinvent your Thanksgiving spread.
Turkey Cranberry Sandwiches
Stuffing Waffles
Turkey Pot Pie
Ingredients:
Leftover turkey
Cranberry sauce
Bread or rolls
Cheese (brie or Swiss work wonderfully)
Spinach or arugula (optional)
Instructions:
Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese on your bread or roll.
Toast it in a skillet or panini press until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
Add greens for a fresh crunch, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Leftover stuffing
1 egg (per 2 cups of stuffing)
Non-stick spray
Instructions:
Mix the stuffing with an egg to bind it.
Preheat and spray your waffle iron with non-stick spray.
Press the stuffing mixture into the waffle iron and cook until crispy.
Serve with gravy or a fried egg on top for a hearty dish.
Ingredients:
Leftover turkey, shredded
Leftover vegetables (like green beans, carrots, or peas)
Mashed potatoes or leftover gravy (as a base for the filling)
Pie crust or puff pastry
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine turkey, vegetables, and gravy in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into a pie dish and top with pie crust or puff pastry.
