CARD HOLDER LIMITS
Limits are established on issuance date of AdvantEdge card and the acceptance of your first check. For your protection, check writing/cashing privileges may be suspended after 24 months of in activity, subject to reinstatement after verification of the identity of the card holder. Check cashing is only offered at Guest Services.
NEW CARD LIMITS
The following new card limits are effective immediately following presentment and verification of required I.D. and completion of application:
Six (6) Personal Checks for exact amount of purchase, not to exceed $150 in a 6 day period.
• No payroll cashing
• No personal check cashing
• No Cash Back
• Purchases may not include any gift cards.
TEMPORARY CARD LIMITS
The following temporary card limits are effective once your application has been processed:
• Five (5) payroll checks not to exceed $350 in a six (6) day period
Six (6) Personal Checks for exact amount of purchase, not to exceed $250 in a 6 day period.
• No personal check cashing
• No Cash Back
• Purchases may not include any gift cards.
SEMI-PERMANENT CARD LIMITS
The following semi-permanent limits are effective 14 days from the date the first check was written for purchase or cashed:
Five (5) payroll checks not to exceed $940 total limit within a 24 hour period or $1,100 within a six (6) day period
Six (6) personal checks for the exact amount of purchase, not to exceed $250 in a 6 day period.
• No personal check cashing
• No Cash Back
• Purchases of gift cards may not exceed $100.00.
PERMANENT CARD LIMITS
The following permanent limits are effective 30 days from the date the first check was written for
purchase or cashed:
Five (5) payroll checks not to exceed $940 total limit within a 24 hour period or $1,100 within a six (6) day period
Six (6) personal checks not to exceed $500 in purchases in a 6 day period.
• Cash Back may not exceed $30 per check or $60 in a 6 day period.
AT GUEST SERVICES
Presentment of an AdvantEdge card/key tag or valid Non-Expired Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s I.D. with appropriate check cashing privileges AND a valid photo I.D.* are required for check
cashing.
*Acceptable photo I.D’s: Federal, State (includes college/student I.D.), or County issued
A $1.00 check cashing fee will be applied to each non-exempt transaction.

Check acceptance for purchase requires the presentment of an AdvantEdge card/key tag and/or a valid non-expired Driver’s License or Non-drvier’s I.D. with appropriate check writing privileges for each customer presenting a check within the order.

• Cash back may not exceed $30 per check or $60 in a six day period
• A cash back fee of $.50 will be applied to all orders less than $25.00.
• Traveler/Gift Checks must be made payable to Market 32 and countersigned in the presence of a cashier. Denominations of $100 or less are acceptable and do require a valid purchase. A valid purchase may not include gift cards or promotional ticket products. Cash back may not exceed $50.

Raincheck Policy
To create exceptional shopping experiences, Price Chopper and Market 32 are committed to consistently providing our guests the opportunity to purchase every item on their shopping lists. We intend to have all advertised sale items in stock. However, product availability may vary due to unexpected demand, shortages at our suppliers, shipping challenges or other circumstances beyond our control. If an advertised sale item is not available while shopping in-store, we may at our discretion offer a substitution of comparable quality and quantity or a rain check which can be used to purchase the item at the advertised price when it becomes available and subject to these limitations.
- • If no limit is specified in the sales ad, a Limit of 3 offers will apply.
- • Limit one raincheck per customer/per item in a given sales week.
- • Raincheck must be redeemed in one shopping trip. An additional raincheck for remaining quantities will only be issued if quantities are not in stock.
- • Rainchecks are valid for 30 days from issue date.
- • Store stamp on authorized form is required.
- • Rainchecks are not available for online orders.
- • Items advertised as ‘While supplies last’ are not eligible for a rain check.

Guest Satisfaction Refund Policy
Market 32 will cheerfully refund your payment for any reason subject to the following terms.
- A receipt is required for all refunds along with the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the form of payment used, payments by check will have a ten day hold to ensure the payment has been honored by your bank.
- Items returned without a receipt will be exchanged or will receive Store Credit based on the lowest price in the last 60 days. Cash will be given for amounts less than $10.00.
- WIC items will be exchanged only.
- Refunds cannot be given on any gift cards, phone cards, or prepaid cards.

Coupon Policy
Effective April 22, 2018
Price Chopper offers customers many coupon savings opportunities that provide additional value. To ensure adequate product levels and fast, efficient checkout service, we reserve the right to amend our policies, which are listed below, at any time. If you have questions about our policy, please see your store manager or contact us at 1-800-666-7667.
For all coupons, including manufacturer, digital, iSave, internet, Price Chopper, Catalina, and e-coupons:
- Coupons must be presented at the beginning of the order and the AdvantEdge Card must be scanned or entered prior to coupon deductions.
- Coupons are limited to four (4) like coupons or like items per household per day.
- We only accept coupons for items that we sell, and items purchased must be identical to the items shown on the coupon (size, brand, quantity, etc).
- We do not accept any coupons beyond their expiration date.
- We are required to comply with all manufacturers’ coupon requirements. For example, a manufacturer may prohibit the doubling of coupons.
- Any applicable sales tax must be paid by the consumer.
- Refunds and rebate checks will be cashed at the Customer Service desk only.
- We do not accept any coupons presented on a smart phone or other digital device, regardless of source.
- Price Chopper teammates must be able to verify all pertinent information on the coupon.
- Price Chopper reserves the right to reject any coupon that does not conform to our policy.
Double Coupons:
- Price Chopper voluntarily doubles, at its own expense, paper manufacturer coupons with a face value of up to and including 99 cents, except when prohibited by the manufacturer. Coupons with a face value of $1.00 or more will be redeemed at face value.
- We do not double coupons for cigarettes, tobacco, milk and alcoholic beverages in states that permit the usage of coupons for these items*.
- Total double* value of a coupon may not exceed the item’s retail price after AdvantEdge discounts.
- We do not double digital coupons.
*Also applies to triple coupons when offered
Manufacturer Coupons:
- We accept only one manufacturer’s coupon, digital or paper, per item purchased, not to exceed the retail price after AdvantEdge savings. Price Chopper accepts one manufacturer and one Price Chopper store coupon for the same item (unless prohibited elsewhere in our policy, on our coupons, or by the manufacturer).
- We will accept only one (1) manufacturer coupon for an advertised Buy One, Get One Free offer, not to exceed the AdvantEdge price.
- We will double* one manufacturer’s coupon for an advertised Buy One, Get One Free offer, not to exceed the retail price after AdvantEdge savings.
- We will not accept a manufacturer’s coupon for the product that is received free as part of a Buy One, Get One Free offer.
- For a coupon that has a purchase requirement of Two (2), we will accept one manufacturer’s coupon. In that case the manufacturer’s coupon will be applied to the free item in a Buy One, Get One Free offer.
- Manufacturers’ paper coupons for free items will be redeemed at the lower of face value or free value.
- We accept valid Manufacturers’ internet coupons (which must be printed out prior to purchase) with a face value of up to $5. This may include free offers and Buy one, Get one free offers.
- Catalina Coupons issued by another retailer must specifically state “manufacturer coupon” to be accepted.
*Also applies to triple coupons when offered
Store Coupons:
- At our discretion, Price Chopper may offer additional savings through store coupons that may be distributed in the weekly circular, by e-mail, by direct mail, in-store, through iSave, Catalina or other vehicles.
- All conditions of redemption including minimum purchase requirements must be met.
- Minimum purchase requirement is after the deduction of AdvantEdge savings and all coupons.
- Store coupons are only valid in the specified stores and during the specified dates.
- We will accept one manufacturer paper or digital and one Price Chopper coupon on the same item.
Competitor Coupons:
- We do not accept competitor coupons.
Digital coupons:
- We are proud to offer our customers AdvantEdge e-coupons which can be loaded to your AdvantEdge card through our website, our mobile apps or select partner websites.
- Digital coupons will be applied prior to deducting any paper coupons. A manufacturer digital coupon and a manufacturer paper coupon cannot be used on the same item.
- Price Chopper accepts one manufacturer, digital or paper and one Price Chopper store coupon, digital or paper, for the same item (unless prohibited).
- Digital coupons will be redeemed at face value only and are not subject to doubling.*
*Also applies to triple coupons when offered
Store management has final discretion in denying or limiting quantities on any coupon presented.
Scanning Guarantee
• If an item scans higher than the shelf price, the customer receives all identical items at the lower price plus $2.00 off a subsequent shopping trip.
• The shelf price is defined as the price label marked on the product, a sign on or near the product, a unit price tag on the shelf or an advertised price.
• Scanning price includes all UPC’s and PLU’s. For AdvantEdge specials, the net price (price after the electronic discount) is considered the scanning price.
• If the item scans LOWER than the shelf price, the customer receives the item for the LOWER price.
AdvantEdge Rewards Terms and Conditions:
Effective 12/01/25
General:
The AdvantEdge Rewards promotion is open to all Price Chopper AdvantEdge Card (“card”) holders.
A card may be obtained free of charge in store or online.
AdvantEdge Rewards points (“points”) can be earned through qualifying purchases in all Market 32 and Price Chopper locations, or by shopping online if your card is on file with the respective online order platform.
Points may be redeemed for savings on food, fuel, or the Rewards Digital Platform, as well as occasional alternative in-store redemption opportunities.
Points can accrue on your account without limit until such time they are redeemed or expire at the end of the month that is two months after the date on which they are earned.
Points cannot be shared or transferred to another card.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the AdvantEdge Rewards promotion at any time, without notice.
In the event of a change, all earned points will stay on your AdvantEdge card account until such time they are redeemed or expire.
Earning Points:
Points are earned each time you use your physical or digital card to purchase qualifying items.
Points are earned at the rate of 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying items.
To earn points for online orders, your card must be included in your online profile.
Items that do not qualify to earn points are Market 32 and Price Chopper gift cards, alcohol, tobacco, money orders, Western Union, lottery tickets, postage stamps, entertainment tickets, bottle deposits, copy/fax services, taxes, and other items prohibited by law.
Pharmacy rules vary by state in that earning points excludes any Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurer’s portion of prescriptions; however your paid prescription co-pay is included in the program except in New York or where prohibited by law or government programs.
Other restrictions may apply.
We offer many opportunities to earn additional bonus points often found in our flyer or in-store:
- • multipliers
- • purchasing certain bonus items
- • purchasing specific promoted bonus items in certain quantities
Redeeming Points:
Points balance must be 100 points or greater at time of redemption to redeem.
Food:
100 points = $1 off your order in all Market 32 and Price Chopper locations (on eligible items only).
Points redemptions must be less than or equal to the total value of eligible items in your order and will redeem the entire points balance at the rate of 1 point = $.01 off your order up to the order amount. For example, 710 points redeemed = $7.10 off your order (of $7.10 or more).
If your points balance is greater than your eligible order total, any remaining points are saved until such time they are otherwise redeemed or expire.
No partial redemptions are allowed.
Items for which redemptions cannot be used are the purchase of Market 32 and Price Chopper gift cards, third party gift cards, prepaid phone cards, general purpose reloadable cards, alcohol, tobacco, money orders, Western Union, lottery tickets, postage stamps, entertainment tickets, bottle deposits, copy/fax services, taxes, pharmacy, and other items prohibited by law.
At this time, AdvantEdge Rewards points cannot be redeemed with online orders.
Fuel:
100 points = 5 cents off per gallon of gas (up to 20 gallons per fill-up) at participating Sunoco locations near you.
Points may be redeemed in 100-point increments up to the maximum allowable redemption.
If your points balance is worth more than the per-gallon price, any remaining points are saved until such time they are otherwise redeemed or expire.
Due to system limitations, most stations will need to charge at least 1.9¢/gallon even if your earned savings are greater than the price per gallon of gas.
For your safety, redemptions are limited to one car and no free standing containers are allowed.
No partial redemptions are allowed.

Digital Platform:
Points may be redeemed in the Rewards Digital Platform to donate to a selected charity, enter sweepstakes, or to participate in any additional limited time only offerings.
Points Redemption:
Available points are redeemable in 100-point increments using the “+” button next to a selected redemption option in the platform and confirming the selected redemption level. Multiple redemptions can be made in the platform in the same day.
Additional:
Points cannot be redeemed if the system is offline.
In the case of the system being offline, newly earned points will be reflected on your card within 48 hours.
Erroneous issuance or redemption of points will be corrected within 3 business days.
