My favorite dream breakfast is what I enjoy making my family almost all ther time. I love to make fresh egg bagel sandwiches. I start with a fresh toasted bagel , next I cook some eggs either sunny side up or scrambled, add a piece of cheese to the top of the egg and some times I will either add bacon or sausage to the top of the cheese. My family absolutly love my bagel sandwiches. My son likes his with a rasin bagel and my husband likes a blueberry bagel. I perfer the origal plain bagel sandwich.

My perfect breakfast would be served on the dock of my beach-side retreat by four handsome cabana boys. The first would serve me my golden toasted bagel with cream cheese. The second would serve me an omelette with cheese, green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. The third would serve me hasbrown potatoes and the fourth would squeeze fresh orange juice in a glass. All the cabana boys would feed me personally and then fan me with large palm leaves after.

My dream breakfast isn’t just about the food, its about the people I would share it with. Having my family all around to enjoy a buffet style breakfast is what my dream breakfast would be. The food at the buffet would fill all stomachs children and adults alike. Having all options available: sausage gravy and biscuits, freshly made waffles with fruit and granola topping, eggs and toast (of course), a nice fresh fruit salad, green mountain and coffee. The perfect breakfast would be served in courses just like a fancy dinner. It would be out on a beach some where exotic where all the fruit and juices were fresh. First I would watch the bananas, pineapples and other fruits being picked and then served to me. The juices for the mimosas would be squeezed fresh as I watched. After the fruit, there would be an option to take a stroll on the beach or do yoga. After the nice workout, some fresh breads, and pastries would be served. Someone would come give me a massage as I digested the breads. Finally, some eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes would be served as you like them. After relaxing a bit more another mimosa or bloody Mary.

  28. Robin says:

My favorite (and super easy) breakfast is Berry Crepes. Crepes: Whip 1 egg, 1 tbs milk, and 1 tbs flour until frothy. Pour a thin layer into a hot, buttered pan, cook for 30 secs or until firm, then turn over and cook for 5 secs. Put on a warm plate. This should make about 3 thin pancakes–you can double, triple, whatever just by keeping the 1-1-1 ratio. Topping: Pour 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries into a saucepan, with 1 tbs sugar or honey–cook until reduced–or you can just warm up some jam to pour over the crepe. The filling is the best! take a chunk of cream cheese (I’ve used and LOVED Phili cream cheese new white chocolate indulgence. Unbelievably sinful.) Put a length of creme cheese down the middle of the egg pancake, roll it up, and top with warm berries. Fantastic for when you have morning guests and your coffee isn’t ready yet 😉

I want to wake up without the alarm going off, get to the bathroom before it gets busy with everyone else, smell the coffee brewing, walk into the clean kitchen pour a glass of V8, grab the bagel for the toaster, get out the fresh strawberry jam to spread on it. Meanwhile i will make an egg/cheese omelette and forgetting the calories for the day, fry some breakfast sausage. When it is all preparred sit down with the hot coffee, juice, breakfast plate and newspaper in front of me. Od course I will check grocery ads. When I am all finished the maid arrives to do the kitchen and clean my mess. Then I am off to see the grandchildren and take them to the park. Life is wonderful!!

  56. Earl M says:

My dream breakfast that I would have everyday if my arteries allowed would be t-bone steak and eggs! Maybe some hashbrowns on the side? But I’ll settle for this thing my wife makes so we can eat healthier, because it’s pretty darn good! She makes bagel fruit pizzas, take a whole wheat CMC bagel, add some fat free cream cheese mixed with a little cinnamon or honey, then the “toppings” are fruit, like banna slices, blueberries, strawberries, etc, then you sprinkle it with coconut for the “cheese”. She threw this together for the kids, but to be honest, I look forward to this every morning!
