Ingredients

  • 2 packages KING’S HAWAIIAN® Original Hawaiian Sweet Pretzel Pre-Sliced Slider Buns
  • 3 tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 1/2 inch thick ribeye steaks
  • A pinch of kosher salt to taste
  • A pinch of cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 12 oz. jar of Au Jus gravy
  • 1 tub crispy fried onions
  • Horsey Sauce Ingredients :
  • 7 tbsp. sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • DUNKING SAUCE: Au Jus

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper, cook until desired temperature, then rest steaks for 5 minutes.
  2. To prepare horsey sauce, mix sour cream, horseradish, and Worcestershire.
  3. Toast King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns until light golden brown.
  4. Assemble sliders with horsey sauce, thinly sliced ribeye, and muenster cheese.
  5. Bake on broil for about 1 minute (until cheese is melted), then add crispy onions.
  6. Enjoy sliders with au jus gravy.
