• 3 Certified Angus Beef burgers
• 4 slices cheese

Instructions:

• Preheat grill to medium high.
• Using a 1 1/2 diameter cookie cutter, form burgers into 12 discs.

• In a small bowl, mix together steak sauce and mayonnaise.
• Grill burgers over medium high heat to desired doneness.
• Top with cheese and grill until cheese melts.
• Place bread on grill until slightly toasted on both sides.
• To assemble bites, place desired amount of aioli on top of bread and top with burgers.
• Insert skewers or party picks to keep burger bites together.

• 1 lb shrimp
• Hillshire Farms American Craft Sausage – Smoky Bourbon

• 1 red pepper
• mushrooms

Instructions

1. Peel shrimp. Put them in a bowl with the Steak Sauce and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
2. Chop the sausage, red pepper and mushrooms.
3. Thread some red pepper and mushrooms on a metal skewer, and then alternate sausage and shrimp.
4. Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, until the shrimp is cooked through.

3. Add a handful of Spinach leaves and one grilled pineapple ring.
4. Finish by topping the burger with the bun.

Also, try to do your watering at cooler times of the day after dusk to prevent quick evaporation. It’s not only the wise thing to do, but will help with your water bill as well. Don’t forget to pay attention to your lawn too. I’ve heard tell that so much attention is being paid to the garden, that sometimes, the beauty of green grass is lost in the mix.
