|2 tbsp Price Chopper Reduced Fat Peanut Butter|
|1 tsp Price Chopper Honey|
|1/2 tsp Price Chopper Cinnamon|
|1 med Apple|
|1 ea Whole Grain Wrap|
Prepare the apple by washing, peeling and coring it.
Either slice the apple into thin slices (my children's favorite) or place the apple into a mini food processor to chop (my personal favorite). If you chop the apple in a mini food processor, stir the cinnamon into the apple or if you slice the apple, simply add the cinnamon into the peanut butter spread.
Create the peanut butter spread my stirring together the honey and peanut butter.
Spread the peanut butter mixture onto the wrap, add the apples and fold like a burrito.
Healthy Tip: Use whole grain and/or low fat whenever possible.
Replace the peanut butter spread with the following spread: 1 Tbs. Price Chopper whipped cream cheese, 1 Tbs. Price Chopper vanilla low fat yogurt, 1 tsp. Price Chopper honey and 1/8 tsp. Price Chopper vanilla extract.
