ABOUT BREWERY OMMEGANG
Brewery Ommegang, founded in 1996 in Cooperstown, NY, was the first farmhouse brewery in the U.S. in over a century. Built on a former hop farm, it was started by Belgian breweries and U.S. importers to bring Belgian-style ales to America.
Over the years, Ommegang expanded nationwide, launched popular events like Belgium Comes to Cooperstown, and introduced a visitor center and concert series. Collaborations with HBO (Game of Thrones) and Cornell University helped grow its reach and support local agriculture.
In recent years, the brewery has embraced innovation with sours, hop-forward releases, and exclusive blends, all while staying true to its Belgian roots.
