Therion randomly selects and tests fish fillets from our Distribution Center, providing us with objective results that validate the species of our seafood which in turn allows us to offer sound assurances to our customers. Customer confidence drives our efforts. Over 150 samples of 15 different species that are at moderate to high risk of substitution were initially tested. A testament to the hard work of our team and the quality suppliers they work with, all 150 varieties tested true to species.
