Price Chopper/Market 32 offers benefit eligible teammate’s access to Medical Benefits provided by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Teammates can choose from the Anthem PPO plan (Full-Time teammates only) or the Anthem HDHP plans (Full-Time & Part-Time teammates) for a weekly premium on a pre-tax basis.
Eligible teammates also have access to Life Insurance provided by The Hartford Life Insurance Company. The company provided core coverage is term life coverage that varies by position with the opportunity to purchase additional coverage each year. Long and Short-term disability insurance plans are also available to teammates for an affordable weekly premium.

Longer Vacations, Paid Holidays and More
Along with earned vacation (plus 6 paid holidays AND your birthday), Price Chopper/Market 32 also offers full-time teammates the opportunity to purchase up to three extra weeks of vacation per year. If you purchase vacation and decide not to use it, you simply sell it back. We also offer personal time to our teammates.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
If you are a full-time teammate with one-year of service you qualify for the company’s Tuition Reimbursement program. Reimbursement can be as much as $3,500 per calendar year!

Price Chopper/Market 32 is committed to offering all our teammates the tools to lead healthier lives. The Well@Work program offers a variety of practical wellness resources and programs to improve teammate health and well-being by offering corporate challenges, health coaches, as well as an extensive list of online webinars and targeted programs on our wellness portal.
