The traditional Korean flavors of sesame seed, ginger and soy sauce combine with sweetness and heat to create a full-flavored marinade for beef skewers.

|1 lb Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak|
|3 tbsp Soy Sauce reduced sodium|
|2 tbsp Brown Sugar|
|2 tbsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sesame Seed toasted|
|1 tbsp Water|
|1 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder|
|1 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ginger ground|
|1/2 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Red Pepper crushed|
|2 ea Green Onions thinly sliced|
Place steak in freezer 20 minutes. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick strips.
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread steak in zig-zag fashion onto skewers.
Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
Test Kitchen Tips
Freezing the steak for 20 minutes firms it up allowing you to cut it into thin long strips.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
