|12 ea Watermelon (3281) Balled, with melon baller|
|1 cp confectioners' sugar|
|1 1/4 cp Sugar|
|3/4 cp Oyster Sauce|
|1/3 cp Sherry Wine|
|1/3 cp Hot Water|
Place watermelon balls on two- 10 inch skewers. Then roll in the superfine sugar.
Separately mix the sauce until the sugar dissolves, pour over watermelon, and serve.
