Ingredients

12 ea Watermelon (3281) Balled, with melon baller
1 cp confectioners' sugar
Sauce
1 1/4 cp Sugar
3/4 cp Oyster Sauce
1/3 cp Sherry Wine
1/3 cp Hot Water

Directions

Place watermelon balls on two- 10 inch skewers. Then roll in the superfine sugar.

Separately mix the sauce until the sugar dissolves, pour over watermelon, and serve.
