Who doesn't love pizza? It's a fun, easy, everyday indulgence. But this is more than just your everyday pizza. This is Stone Fired Pizza. Which means everything about it is designed to exceed your taste buds' expectations.
It all starts with the dough. It's our own custom blend, and the secret ingredient is Semolina flour, which gives it a much richer flavor than you'll find in the average slice. And after we knead it, we let it rise for a full 72 hours to really let that flavor blossom.
Once it's ready, we stretch it into our signature square pans and ladle on our freshly made sauce. It's hearty, herbalicious, and bursting with the flavor of the ripest tomatoes. Then we sprinkle on a few hefty handfuls of both whole-milk mozzarella and mozzarella di bufala, along with your favorite meats and veggies. And as a finishing touch, we top it all off with grated Grana Padano cheese and some freshly snipped basil.
Then, finally, it's time to let the magic happen - we just pop your custom-made pie into our authentic stone-hearth oven, and boom - out comes a masterpiece.
