| 1 | lb | PRICE CHOPPER boneless, skinless chicken breast | |

| 2 | Tablespoons | PRICE CHOPPER olive oil | |

|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | chicken wing sauce, mild | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER low fat blue cheese dressing | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | ounce | PRICE CHOPPER cream cheese, low fat | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER Monterey Jack cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | large flat bread* | ||
|
|
|||
Dice the chicken into small pieces; approximately one inch cubes. Sauté the chicken in olive oil until cooked completely. Drain any excess juice and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the blue cheese dressing and wing sauce together. Stir in cooked chicken.
Place the flat bread onto a non-stick baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese on the flat bread. Add a layer of the chicken mixture and top with the cheese.
Bake in a 400 degrees F oven until the cheese has melted and the bread has been warmed thoroughly, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
*Flat breads are all natural and can be found in the bakery section at most Price Chopper stores.
