Toast the bread and let cool. Using a cookie cutter or sharp knife, cut the slices of bread into the shape of a ghost.
Cut one slice of turkey ham or deli ham into small pieces. Stir 1/4 cup cheese, dry mustard and ham together and put into the center of the ghosts.
Place the ghost sandwiches on a non-stick baking sheet and top sandwiches with the remaining cheese.
Place in oven and broil on high for a few minutes, until the cheese has completely melted and is bubbly. Let the sandwich set.
Using the black gel frosting, add eyes and a mouth to your ghoul creation.
Optional:
Use black olive pieces for the eyes and mouth. Substitute the shredded Muenster cheese with another type of cheese to appeal to your family's tastes, but encourage kids to try new flavors.
