Yield: Serves 4
| 1 1/4 | lbs. | salmon filets, rinsed well, patted dry and skin removed | |

| 2-3 | Tablespoons | PRICE CHOPPER olive oil | |
|

|||
| 1/3 | cup | CENTRAL MARKET CLASSIC maple syrup | |
|
|
|||
| Salt, to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| Pepper, to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | chopped fresh parsley, optional | |
|
|
|||
Heat oil in saute pan until it just begins to smoke. Sear salmon filets 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove fish and place into a roasting pan.
Pour maple syrup in same saute pan as fish and heat to a simmer. Pour over salmon.
Place into a preheated 375 degree F oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and pour pan juices over fish, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
