Microwavable Apple Crisp

Directions:

In an 8-inch microwavable square pan, combine peeled and sliced apples and PRICE CHOPPER raisins. Cover with clear PRICE CHOPPER plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine PRICE CHOPPER flour, PRICE CHOPPER granulated sugar, PRICE CHOPPER baking powder, PRICE CHOPPER salt and PRICE CHOPPER egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Add PRICE CHOPPER chopped walnuts; mix and sprinkle over Apple Raisin mixture. Drizzle PRICE CHOPPER sweet butter over topping and sprinkle with PRICE CHOPPER ground cinnamon.

Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until topping is no longer doughy. Serve with CENTRAL MARKET CLASSICS ice cream.
