| 1 | package | (10 oz.) PRICE CHOPPER frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry | |
| 1 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained | |
| 1 | small onion, finely chopped | ||
| 1/2 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER fresh sliced mushrooms | |
| PRICE CHOPPER Canola oil cooking spray | |||
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, beat PRICE CHOPPER cream cheese. Add PRICE CHOPPER fat free milk, PRICE CHOPPER egg mates, and PRICE CHOPPER black pepper; beat until smooth. Stir in PRICE CHOPPER shredded cheddar cheese, PRICE CHOPPER chopped broccoli, PRICE CHOPPER chopped spinach, onion and PRICE CHOPPER sliced fresh mushrooms. Transfer to a 10-inch quiche pan coated with PRICE CHOPPER canola oil cooking spray. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
