Pistachio Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients
| 1 | can | (20 oz.) PRICE CHOPPER pineapple chunks, undrained | |
| 1 | can | (8 oz.) PRICE CHOPPER crushed pineapple, undrained | |
| 1 | package | (3.4 oz.) PRICE CHOPPER instant pistachio pudding | |
| 1 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER chopped walnuts | |
| 1 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER shredded coconut | |
| 1 | container | (16 oz.) PRICE CHOPPER frozen whipped topping, thawed | |
| 1 | cup | PRICE CHOPPER miniature marshmallows | |
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix PRICE CHOPPER undrained pineapple chunks and PRICE CHOPPER undrained crushed pineapple. Sprinkle PRICE CHOPPER instant pistachio pudding powder on top and mix well. Let mixture sit for 3 minutes.
Combine PRICE CHOPPER chopped walnuts and PRICE CHOPPER shredded coconut; fold into the pineapple mixture. Slowly blend in PRICE CHOPPER frozen whipped topping and PRICE CHOPPER miniature marshmallows. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
